In the first paragraph, the text says:
Add an “Abs” CATMotion layer in the Layer Manager.
If you add this type of layer, the rig will not move as it should.
This is incorrect. Instead:
Expand the “Add Layer” roll out button in the Layer Manager and select the last/bottom option as shown in the image below. (Replaces image 6.35). This will set the CAT Rig into a pre-calculated walking animation.
